2. Up to date Last 8 Months Bank Statement.
a. Local NRI or NRE Bank Account which is money transfers from abroad.
b. Abroad bank Account, which is your net Salary Credits or check deposits
(As per pay slips your net salaries should be match with bank statement)
3. Residence Proof Local (India) and Abroad.
4. Passport & Visa (forced or Valid) Copy Duly Notarized By Public Notary.
5. Salary Certificate In Company Letterhead With Date Of Joining
and Date Of Birth, Duly Notarized By Public Notary.
6. Up to date Latest 6 Months Pay slips duly Notarized by Public Notary.
7. Employer’s Contract / Appointment Letter Duly Notarized by Public Notary.
8. G.P.A. with signed photo In LICHFL Format duly notarized by Public Notary.
9. N.R.I. Under taking two letters in LICHFL Format.
10. N.R.I Annexure in LICHFL Format.
11. Last 3 years W2 Forms, Income Tax Returns in Abroad.
12. Higher Qualification Certificates Xerox copies.
13. All papers in every page should be self attested (signatures).
